We just used the rain cover for the first time yesterday and I was very happy with it. It is not insulated though so it doesn’t seem to work well as a wind breaker (at least as far as the legs and feet are concerned) but is great for rain and my little one didn’t get wet at all. It is super light so you can just leave it attached at all times if you feel like it. And you can back carry, front carry, whatever and not have to worry if baby is protected from the rain. I found that to not be true of other products out there. Plus, it is much more affordable than some of the alternatives.

With recent rainy weather it seemed obvious to us that we needed a rain cover. Unfortunately the Baby Bjorn carrier we chose does not have a specific rain cover, and the fleece cover available seemed too warm for all uses… so I ordered this Ergobaby Rain Cover hoping it would still work. It is obviously not designed for that, but seems to adapt well enough for us to keep baby dry 🙂
I will also mention that service was great and we received the item super-quick!

Since it’s designed for the Ergo, it has a few extra snaps and such when used with the Gemini, but I’d say you can absolutely use them together!
