I can’t remember the last time I found myself so eager to receive a baby carrier! But that’s exactly how the Beco Carrier in the Feathers pattern made me feel. After all, it is everything I want in a carrier. It’s such a gorgeous print and color, and it’s soft right out of the package. I knew I was going to love it.
The first thing I noticed about the Beco Carrier is that it had some really unique features that I haven’t seen before in other carriers. It’s a rare aesthetic that really stands out from other carriers. To get technical, I would consider this carrier a half wrap conversion. It has a canvas solid gray material on the inside and the outside is covered in a beautiful wrap material.
An infant pillow insert is included, and even though I don’t have a baby small enough to use the infant insert, I was still impressed with it’s compact size.
I also loved all the effortless storage! I especially liked that it has a zipper pocket on the top of the carrier for storing small items like my keys or cell phone. The waist band also has a small zipper pocket.
One of the most appealing features of Beco Carrier is the easy-adjust back strap included a rope track, something I haven’t seen very often. As if that wasn’t enough, the carrier straps can also cross in the back. 
I love all the different ways I can adjust this carrier for the perfect fit. These features really made a difference in my babywearing experience, and I think it will make it hard for me to return to using another carrier without these simple yet useful differences.
I will admit that I had to wear the Beco Carrier several times before coming to the decision that I loved it. At first, I wasn’t sure if I liked it because I hadn’t taken the time to adjust it just perfect for me. After I took advantage of all the ways I could adjust it and found my custom fit, it became the perfect carrier. I was able to go hiking and wear my baby for long periods of time without any discomfort.
Overall, I believe this is truly an all-in-one perfect carrier that you could use from birth through toddlerhood. It’s definitely worth the investment, as it can be worn for so long and with many different sized babies and toddlers. It can accommodate several different body types because it can be adjusted in so many ways. And so easily! I found it to be extremely soft and comfortable. I never want to take it off. I will miss this carrier greatly after I send it back to CMA, and if we have a 3rd child, this carrier will be first on my purchase list!
